Ingram Judge Saccomani ruled the RCMP violated Mr. Ingram’s constitutional right pursuant to Section 7 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.  The result was the Court stayed the charges against Mr. Ingram and Mr. Ingram was able to resume his driving privileges.  This is an example of how effective Michel Fontaine is in defending anybody charged with impaired driving.
